About Melissa

My passion is serving my community and beyond — both professionally and personally — and real estate allows me to live that out every day. I love helping individuals and families confidently navigate the sale of their current home or the purchase of the next one as they step into a new chapter.

I specialize in working with families in transition. I especially love working with seniors who are downsizing or moving into assisted living. My years in senior living healthcare give me a unique understanding of the emotional, logistical, and practical layers involved in these decisions. I approach every situation with patience, clarity, and respect — guiding clients and their families through the process with care and steadiness.

I have a lifelong track record of getting the job done on time and with integrity. I negotiate strongly on behalf of my clients, listen carefully to their needs, and communicate clearly with all parties to ensure a smooth and well-managed experience. My clients’ confidence is my commitment.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, wandering the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest with my husband Jesse, teaching at Faith Christian College, writing, and serving at my church.
