About AJ

I’m AJ, your friendly Southwest Washington and Portland Metro Realtor specializing in helping homeowners navigate their next move with clarity and confidence. I’ve been helping clients buy and sell homes (often at the same time) since 2016, and I’ve built my business around making real estate feel more organized, predictable, and stress-free from start to finish.

A large part of my work focuses on move-up buyers AKA up-sizers. These folks are homeowners who are ready to sell their current home and upsize into something that better fits their lifestyle and needs. Whether you're looking for more space, a different layout, a change of scenery, or a better location, I guide clients through both sides of the move while using my signature Level Up Method. This mission is so important to me that I created a step-by-step approach designed to help clients understand their equity, timing, purchase options, and sale strategy so they can move forward with confidence instead of fear and anxiety.

I serve clients throughout Southwest Washington and the Portland Metro area, including communities from Salem to Centralia and Hood River to Long Beach with emphasis in Clark County and Portland. My focus is on helping people make informed real estate decisions in today’s market, whether they’re buying, selling, or both.

Outside of real estate, I spend time with my beautiful wife Tina and our rescue dogs. We’re active in PNW communities and enjoy everything the region has to offer like hiking along the Oregon Coast, exploring Mt. Hood, trying local restaurants or cafes, and traveling with our nieces and nephews whenever we can catch a minute. We also stay involved with our church community and support local food banks and animal rescues, including the West Columbia Gorge Humane Society.
