Having been in a customer-facing position since I was 14 years old, I’m in my 40’s now and have honed my skills over the years. I’ve adapted quite a gift, listening to what people are trying to say, not just the words they’re speaking. Yes, there is a difference. What I’m referring to is often called “reading between the lines”. People don’t always come right out and say what they want or actually mean. I like asking questions that make you think about what you’re really looking for in a home. Everyone’s looking for the same thing on paper, 3bed, 2+ba, nice neighborhood, and a big yard. Sure, maybe that’s the space needed but how will you use the space and what are you actually looking for in a home? That’s what I want to know. Do you cook, or bake? If so what’s your favorite thing to make? Okay, the second part of that question is just for me, I used to be a chef and I’m just curious. Do you like to entertain or throw parties? How big is a "big yard"? Those are the things I need to learn about you to help you find the house that’s just the right fit.

Like a true Pacific Northwesterner, I can’t get enough of the outdoors. I try and embrace each day and appreciate the beauty that surrounds. After growing up in the Coastal Mountains in Oregon, my family and I have found ourselves very “at home” in our little corner of the forest in SW Washington.

A person’s home should be their safe place, a cornerstone for their success. I believe that by helping people into their homes, I am helping them set a better future for themselves, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunity to assist in that progress. Additionally, I have a deep understanding of the buying and selling process, and I pride myself on my ability to anticipate and overcome potential obstacles before they are reached. I believe a large part of my job is to make the potentially stressful process of buying or selling a home as painless as possible for my clients both mentally and financially.

Other than helping people through likely their largest purchase or sale of their life; I have a love for volunteering and helping to organize and execute fundraising events. I’ve been involved with a variety of organizations over the years but some of my best memories are with: Habitat for Humanity, Santa’s Posse, Clark County Food Bank, Polar Plunge, and helping raise over $20K for Clark County Veterans Assistance Center as well almost $75,000 for Special Olympics Washington.

My amazing clients have also helped me remain a top producer and acquire some prestigious awards along the way. None of which are on display, I work as hard as I do because I truly care for people, not for the accolades. I was also fortunate enough to sit on the Board of Directors for both my local REALTOR Association as well as Washington State Association of REALTORS.
